Vengrove Sells West Midlands Industrial

Vengrove has completed the sale of Units A-D, All Saints Road, Wednesbury to a private investor.

The asset totals 154,000 sq ft and is occupied in its entirety by Speciality Steel Limited, who recently agreed a lease extension to a 15 year term.

Vengrove Completes North East Logistics Sale

Vengrove has completed the sale of Units A & B, Hall Dene Way, Seaham. The sale followed the successful regear of both leases where the average unexpired term was extended to beyond 5 years. A capital expenditure improvement programme was also undertaken to Unit A.

Practical Completion Achieved at 120 Moorgate

120 Moorgate now offers 79,500 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation which is being occupied by WeWork in its entirety. WeWork has secured The Merck Group as an anchor enterprise tenant on half of the space.

In addition, the ground and lower ground will be occupied by the premium gym operator, Third Space.

Vengrove Leads Dark Kitchen Series A Funding Round

Vengrove has completed an investment into dark kitchen operator, Karma Kitchen. In addition, Vengrove has agreed a collaboration to acquire commercial real estate which gives Karma Kitchen the ability to accelerate their expansion plan.

Vengrove Completes Evolution Sale

Vengrove has sold a 200,000 sq ft logistics scheme on Agecroft Commerce Park, Salford to a global data centre operator for an undisclosed sum.

Evolution consists of two units that were built on a speculative basis to a Grade A institutional specification. The site was the last remaining plot at Agecroft Commerce Park and was originally acquired from the Homes and Communities Agency.

East Midlands Addition to Vengrove’s Multi-Let Industrial Portfolio

Vengrove has acquired the industrial asset, Edison Courtyard, Corby in an off-market acquisition for an undisclosed sum.

The estate is fully let and consists of 16 units ranging from 1,600 – 6,100 sq ft, totalling 57,700 sq ft. There is an immediate necessity to improve brand identity and modernise the appearance. As a result, Vengrove will shortly commence a refurbishment programme of the estate.
