Investing in the real estate of tomorrow
Vengrove is a pan-European investment and advisory firm. We have a deeply operational and sector-specific investment approach through direct equity and owner-operator platform creation.
Requires a blueprint for success
Long term vision
We are striving to build a lasting business that has a positive impact on the people and real estate we interact with along the way. This purpose is embedded in Vengrove and drives our every day decision making.
Sector specialist approach
We focus exclusively on three structurally supported sectors; urban industrial & logistics, living and science & innovation. These sectors are underpinned by long-term demand, essential social & economic roles and operational value-add potential.
Deep vertical integration
We are differentiated by the depth of our vertical integration and ownership of the full value chain. We own a majority stake in operating companies that maintain direct relationships with occupiers across our portfolio. By owning the entire value chain, we control risk more effectively, unlock operational efficiencies and deliver cost savings directly to investors. More importantly, this model enables us to drive true operational value creation, beyond what is achievable through a traditional real estate investment model.
Experienced and disciplined
From inception, we have been thoughtful and ambitious in trying to invest in our business systems, processes and controls. This ongoing investment of time and capital now sees us recognised as an institutional quality platform run at the highest standards of governance as well as a strong fiduciary of capital.
Applied to all that we do
