Investing in the real estate of tomorrow

Real Estate Investor, Developer & Operator.

Vengrove is a pan-European investment and advisory firm. We invest thematically in bespoke operationally intensive real estate strategies through direct equity and owner-operator platform creation.

Our Approach

Requires a blueprint for success

Long term vision

We are striving to build a lasting business that has a positive impact on the people and real estate we interact with along the way. This purpose is embedded in Vengrove and drives our every day decision making.

Differentiated approach

We are focused on next generation real estate where our investment management capability is built around specialist operator and management businesses that we invest in and incubate at the start-up stage.

Full vertical integration

We do not outsource any part of our investment activities to third parties. This means we can closely control all the risk associated with real estate investment, management/operations and development in-house as well as offer our investors and advisory clients cost savings.

Experienced and disciplined

From inception, we have been thoughtful and ambitious in trying to invest in our business systems, processes and controls. This ongoing investment of time and capital now sees us recognised as an institutional quality platform run at the highest standards of governance as well as a strong fiduciary of capital.

Our Approach

Applied to all that we do

Investment Management

On behalf of global institutional investors, we invest thematically in tailored value-add real estate strategies that are operationally and management intensive.
